Hey, Hey, Hey everybody,
It is February, cold, nasty, just flat out miserable... in most states but not here in Texas. I'm already seeing flowers blossom and bluebonnets appearing on the side of the road. Spring is in the air, and what does that mean? Yes, CDE's are here. It is that time again I wish every team out there the best of luck. Just remember it is never about winning and losing, the destination is nowhere as great as the journey. The people you meet, the skills you obtain, and the experience is all that matters. AN UPDATE: I know our presence with Hurricane Ike has been a while, but there are still people and cities rebuilding from the devastation. I just want to remind everybody that the A NEW DAY Disaster Relief Program is still active, our Staff are still accepting donations. The more we receive, the better, especially with tornado season coming up. Remember any body with a disaster can apply for some funding through this program. Texas FFA is a family, and we help our family out in times of need. So for more information visit the website at: texasffa.org
Live Stock Shows are also here. Just the other day I was at the San Antonio Live Stock Show with Matthew. I was only able to be there for a day, but the rest of the team and I collaboratively spent a week volunteering, helping out with the show as we did for the Fort Worth Live Stock Show and will be doing for the Houston Live Stock Show.
Hope all is well,
The Big Man

January in a nut shell
Hey every body
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Break. I must say this month has been quite busy. Well this Semester Break brought an end to my semster at Blinn College and a begining to my second semester at Austin Community College. Reagan unfortunately wound up in the dentists office in Caohoma; Therefore I fortunately found my way back on the road. Matthew, Reagan, and I Traveled Area VII two weeks ago. Matthew and I travled Area X last week. We visited sixteen different schools from just south of San Antonio to Corpus Christie, from Corpus Christie to Cotulla. Also I have discoverd that next semester I will be attending Texas Tech University, Wreck'em Tech!
Have a Nice Day
Keep on Keeping on.
